7 actions you shouldn't do after eating!

1. Don't eat fruit immediately- cause stomach to bloated with air. take it after 1-2 hour after meal.

2. Don't drink tea- tea leaves contain high acid. cause protein in food is harder to be digest.

3. Don't loosen your belt-cause intestine to be blocked and twisted..

4.Don't bath-cause increase blood flow to hand body and legs thus decrease the blood amount in stomach which will weaken digestive system in stomach.

5. Don't walk about- cause the nutrition can't be absorb by digestive system from the food intake.

6.Don't sleep immediately-food intake did not digest properly thus will cause gastric and infection to our intestine.

7. Don't smoke- it will harm more rather than smoking 10 cigarettes.

2. make sure i speak wisely and smile always :) tehee.

Dear reAders,

Still, considering what type of telephone should I change into? what I have in mind for now still left with a few choices. Top 3 lists!:-

1. IPHone 4S

for sure this three keep bugging me which one should i choose.

I love to play games, but then i love to text people, but I alse love the application of some of these phone itself. Touch screen phone might be the first choice but thinking on the cons is that I am a fanatics when it comes to messaging. BUT tap SONIC games kills the mode to have BB as the first priority. so HOw? any thought to persuade me with any choice of the telephone. specification in the area of persuading me using it usability could be the advantage. aww man. what can i do.

i am just another typically malay girls who love gadjects while still considering how much money do i have! teehee

hi dearest readers,

time is clocking, my final exam is just around the corner.
1 more week to go before I started writing the answer for my
first paper. I hope everything went well like I been planning.

This week is a mess for me. I learned that as a mover in a team,
whatever kind of consequences happen I need to handle it all. Yes even
it is quite challenging to be handling and compiling all the assignment
so far what I have learned, I need to be patience with whatever
outcomes going to be, and I'm going to take all the risk for the marks.

I think that as being human being "makhluk ciptaan ILLAHI" I should be grateful.
whatever happen there must be a reason behind it. No matter how small the problems are,there must be solutions.

With that, I hope you guys while reading this, may endure all the hardships
because there will be something great going to happen with all of that.

tips: finish all the pile assignment, don't procrastinate . you just not saving time,

lama x update blog guwek ini. mau ceritain byk perkara pula terjadi disaat tempoh guwek mau final ini.

lately what i've been talking with my girls about " partnership" i mean as in livelong partner to live with. yes i still at the early age to talk about marriage and i was just thinking whether how to know if we have met the right partner or not. or should i say my " MR. RIGHT". how should i know that? really cause what i been asking is because i dont know. well it been three years already when i had a crush on ehem2 but then he doesnt seem to care. so what do i do is i pray to forget him. to exactly forget how it was to like him,. 3 years! aren't that a very long time. i have done many things especially making myself busy to forget him, but sometimes i might pop up to open his fb page.how pathetic is that. luckily i have my family and friends. they truly have been there for me. thank you!!

Yes ,i never experience being in relationship,not ever in my life and i want to know what or how it feels to be in love some may say you might get hurt because of it and some might say you going to be happy with the one you love. to bad i dont have that kind of respond with the guys. well im not that pretty or smart i am just me.

last week i got a lab test. electric machine design test. this test was done to test electrical power student whether they understand or not to apply or to maintain the machine for example like generator or power plant when we all will be working as an engineer :) alhamdullilah.so far, i did the best i could for the test since i have practice it many times. yehaa.dah lepas skit beban dibahu.up coming test is pom(principle of management) and econs(economics engineering).well ciao.got to study anyways. at im here reporting this to you at 300 am, 23 june 2011 on thursday.later i upload a latest new on me ye :)

lama sudah x hapdate blog ni.seminggu dua ni byk cerita pasal bola, minyak nak naik la ,test, quiz dan banyak lagi. ak cam biasa. hidup tetap hidup. tp sebulan dekat uniten ni ak macam terfikir akan sebab musabab, tujuan atau prinsip ketetapan hati aku dalam menempuhi dugaan kat uniten ni. btw, ak nak membetulkan keadaan yang xbenar sebenarnya pasal apa-apa je orang nak ckp pasal aku. i mean i will totally ignore if someone was talking behind my back cause semua tu sangat betui. mengarut or may i say nonsense! tp cerita apa yang dia orang suka brought up my those group "S" by what they called (bukan nama sebenar) sangat la totally not true. ak pun kekadang xpaham ape kejadah la diorang nak sibuk pasal hal orang padahal benda remeh temeh cam siput ni. mabye they are the true "attention seeker " perhaps? haha. suka peduli hal umah tangga orang.camne la kalau diorg kawin agaknya. terjaga ke tidak pakai makan anak2 dan husband2 diorang sebab asyik dok jage pakai makan orang lain. by that i hope u guys bley paham sendiri walaupun xberapa nak paham , buat2 je la paham ye.

move one with that, new story about muah . hehe. well these sem i think i meet totally a super duper cool and handsome guy. i may say walaupun xsemua orang akan setuju dengan ak sebab entah kenapa ak nampak mr budak baik ni sangat comel dan nakal. aaa.super adorable. dia biasa dan baik. personally ak teringin nak duduk face to face and started talking.haha eventhough eventually i will shut my mouth when i see him. i love him when he wore the red shirt! totally awesome!.haha. i wish i meet him frequently till i graduate. cause i dont think he see me and notice me. tapi xkisahlah cinta datang dan pergi. kalau dia adalah untukku sesungguhnya Tuhan yang Maha Esa lebih mengerti apa yang terbaik buatku. :)

next pit stop is exam. just got my result for microprocessor. not into it.totally blew up the test. eventhough it might just cover up my 10% carrymark over 50% but still the marks are totally 100% important for me as i want to score as possible as i can. yang herannya kuiz bley plak score 10/10. tp bak datang test cam harem! aigoo. tp salah sendiri nak buat camne.

chuta! teehee. For the past three days, I was watching a Korean drama called the "Bad couple" just like the picture above. Actually, I just finish watching this story 30 minutes before I update my new post. Fast isn't? Hehe. Well, this story is about, 3 woman that have their own personality. There is a yoja(woman) named Kim Dang Ja who do not believe in marriage but she has a great personality, an incredible carrier as an fashion editor in magazine company, and super duper beautiful inside and outside. One day, her team fashion magazine was discussing a concept about "Miss Mum" well she was trying to be one. Miss mum happen to be woman that want to have kids on their own willing by not getting in a relationship or married of course. Somehow Dang Ja started thinking and want to be one.So she start her research to find a decent, smart, and handsome young man by trying to get sperms from him. Finally she found Gi Chan-shi. who is a professor which has an expertise in botanical. After that, they have a quite complicated relationship I may say since the "yoja" doesn't want to get married. Hmm, enough about Dang ja, the second actor in this story is about a woman named "Han Young". Han Young is a married women but then, her husband was having an affair with another woman( Kim Sae Yun). So to make her husband(Kim Yoon Suk) jealous , she find a fake lover(Jun Soo) .Move to the third actor is a beautiful woman named Na Dool Soon. She is happily married to Cho Yong Gu. Wait!If you guys want to know the real and the ending of the story, download and watch it yup! hee :)

Ok, skrg dah puas cakap english dengan grammar tunggang langgang yang memang aku agak kisah tapi kat sini aku nak bagi aku punya thoughts skit pasal cerita ni. For me, aku sendiri dapat rasa yang aku ni ada pendapat macam Dang Ja. Perasaan xnak kawin. Yes2. Aku tahu mmg salah dari segi agama kita and tambah pulak perempuan kenalah kawin awal. Awal by the time umur 27 above ye. Erm agak pelik, kalau perempuan xkawin terus kena perli ngan orang dan siap kena panggil andartu apa semua. Agak2 perempuan mane yang xsakit hati and xpening kepala memikirkan soal jodoh especially yang agak dah berusia. After aku tengok cerita ni, agak menyentuh pintu hati aku. I'm touched and move by this story. Tapi for me it is not about trying to find a perfect man. Somehow i just touched sebab lelaki dia dalam cerita ni sanggup buat ape saja untuk perempuan tu by not having an affair dan protect perempuan yang dia sayang. Bagi aku if the guy want to have an affair okay but he has to be damn rich and responsible to even having an affair. By what I mean responsible is adil, and giving what the woman need. In that case the guy better get a second wife rather than having an affair kan? Erm, memikirkan dunia sekarang, ada ke lelaki yang sanggup buat ape saja? Ramai yang ak tgk, sebelum kawin manja bukan main tp lepas kawin, nak support isteri pun xbley. Kalau isteri sakit pun buat2 xnampak. I just so angry to see if that guy do something like that. Kita puja macam raja tp layan macam hampeh je. Tu maybe the reason why I don't believe in love and give me thoughts about marriage cause I know it is a big thing.

So girls out there, I know that there is no such thing as perfect but at least trying to find who really care cause at one point, love can be fade and miscommunication can happen. Trust, and loyalty is important instead of love and find a man who really can support and protect you.

Teehee, since i'm still young, i was just sharing my thoughts to those who want to get married. Us women, have a job and be independent. And this nothing to do with anyone, it is just a thought. satu pemikiran yang agak complicated and conservative.

Another 3 weeks at home for holidays.Then I just have to say bye2 to my homeland. Even though my university is not that far away.Still I am going to miss my parents, my room, my everything. Alright back to the story of the day, :) Well today things happened unexpectedly. Seriously, haha. First I wake up at early to see my lil sister at Terengganu. Since I haven't take any advantage to discover the outside world, hehe I decides to eat a lot today erm not that a lot just variety of food since this is the first time i'm actually taking a step out from my house. I ate A lot ok? Haha gotcha!. banyi2 mogo chuahe! hehe. Then on my way back home, my sister called me after she checked my result.I did not expected at all. hehe. Of course I'm not going to post my result here. Sincerely, trully i told u I have increase my cgpa from last sem. I'm happy for today. That's it for today I guess.

p/s: i'm glad of course. rezeki semua masing2. xkisah la awk tu lawa ke or what so ever you may call it. but do remember one thing for sure. ya baik itu, hanya datang dari Allah dan yang buruk itu datang dari kita sendiri. so selamat beramal. n of course i will work very hard next sem! I hope if i have the will to continue my master, i want to go to oversea, discover an outside world mabye i'm not going to go there alone but maybe i am. who knows kan? hee :) i just hope i don't get excited too much cause i know there will be more challenge waiting for me out there. and please do pray for my success. thanks all.

that's when i think. it's okay even if you don;t have to work in a group of people u never know before cause at one point u will makes more friends and it will makes you to survive in real worlds. how amazing is that.the main point is we should appreciate the people around us and make some friends people.

cerita begini, me, my sister, kak lin, kak min dan a few guys which is kawan along planning berbuka dekat flamming.ala yang dekat dengan sunway tu. bley la tahan.satu kepala bayar 24 inggit.makan sepuas hati yang anda mahu.kita org planning malam isnin mase berbuka kat upten, dah planning tu kitaorg gerak dalam pukul 8 ambil en driver hahah kat section lapan bangi. pastu gerak trus pergi flamming.rasenya sampai dalam 9 lebey or ddekat2 pukul 10 camtula. then, masuk duduk n makan..byk gila makanan kitaorg. amik pulang beround-round.haha. kenyang. then after flamming pi la pulak melepak dekat dataran merdeka.mencatat rekod babe! haha.jalan sepanjang dataran merdeka tuh.hahahaha. pastu duduk berposing amik2 gambar.borak2..dah dahaga gila kitaorg gerak pi mamak dekat pelita.pergh! ramai gila org time tu.aweks2 hot mmg belambak la.dah makan kenyang utk sahur skali. kitaorg pun balik.skali kak min kata dia lapa so kitaorg pun melepak lagi dekat kedai mamak.hahaha.melepak ni dah keja kitaorg.hahaha. since esok cuti so macam xkisah. mase perjalanan dari jalan tar ak tido je sampai kedai mamak yg otw nak balik.dah ak mmg jenis yang cakap banyak sampai keletihan bley tertido dalam keta.so xtau ape situasi dalam keta mase ak tido.hahhaha.ku serahkan version dalam keta kat along.tiba2 sedar je duk kat depan kedai mamak lagi.yang part xleh bla, bangun2 makan lagi.hahah.roti tisu. best la jugak.pastu berborak.sampai pukul 6 kitaorg pun balik.sampai rumah dalam kul 6 lebey. bajet macam nak tido je trus tp kesian plak kat badan dari duk tergaru2 ak pun mandi n semayang subuh.pergh.dekat pukul 7 lebey trus tido xsedor2.hehe.tu kisah ak malam tu.nanti bila ak rajin, next post akan ku upload gambar2 itu. :)

sejak dua menjak ni.dah dua hari ak tido xsedo ape2. bgn utk sahur semayang n bukak pose je.ape nak jadi pun xtau la.haha.kekadang terpikir.hidup ak sehari dua ni jela macam terumbang ambing dah.sehari dua je ni la. nak balik sahur n berbuka puasa kat rumah, jauh la plak kan.xsabo nak menunggu 5 sept ni. test pun yang tinggal lagi dua.mmg ak nak score gila2 this sem. 4 flat!!!! mau xlebam mata.haha.xkisah.janji result bagus.

cam gini la keadaan ak yg agak tak terurus time weekend. n 3 days ago, mate ak bengkak kena cium ngan ape pun xtak tau.masuk second day mmg sakit gila. dah la esoknya exam e2 yang susah nak.... skrg macam dah ok skit. nebes plak nak tunggu result kan. macam ni la keadaan tiap2 sem. huhu.

pyramid is at Egypt! yes i already knew that.haha.one of my mission is to go there.Unfortunately to say there is someone called "B" just taking my dream vision! haha.so not cool man!i was dreaming to ride a camel.maybe a picture pointing my magic hand on top of the pyramid using my own dslr.hehe.my imaginary is still the same.well in that case the "B" just have to lose that dream first! sengal kan? too bad for that "B".me likey2 very much that idea.

erm..lagi ada beberapa hari saje lagi nak tinggalkan umah.
sekarang semua rasa dah bercampur aduk.suka.sedih.penat.gembira.
tapi itulah manusia.dengan penempatan manusia dalam kawasannya.
another 6 month aku pun xtau macamane rumah aku lepas ni.
xsabar nak balik time raya.wow.cepatnya ak fikir pasal raya.puasa
pun blum mula lagi.skrg ni cepat je rase.azam tahun baru perlu dilaksana
sebelum 2011.i'm not dead yet since i have 3 more years to complete it.
but i really hope and wish to fulfill it as it is part of my own.
btw, a few month ago during hols i already told you guys that i've take a
mandarin class right?well me and both of my sis are taking it.you know what...
we pass the exam.alhamdullilah.so far i'm proud of my achievement for the holiday.

terdapat sebuah rumah di hujung kampung dimana tinggalnya sebuah? famili A.R. didalam rumah tersebut tinggalnya cerita seorang anak dara yang garang,mukanya masam tetapi terdetik dihatinya perkataan cinta.kelembutan hatinya ibarat burung berkecip-kecip yang berterbangan, dikala angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa menderu kearah mukanya. seringkali dia memikir tentang masa depannya, adakah dia bisa untuk bercinta atau menurut kata keluarganya untuk berkahwin.dia kesunyian,sentiasa teringatkan kisah-kisah lampau ketika zaman remajanya.belajar membaca dan menulis.

yeah.been taking medicine this few days for my ear.effect from rashes due to scratch.yaks! well, doc says that i must avoid myself from taking any foods that will going to affect my ears like seafood.too bad.well,at least i'm not dying from forbidden myself taking those food.need to listen to the doc or i will never recover from this.anyways my ears are bloated.it's like two balloons.thank Goodness it just near the ear wall.
